JOB SUMMARY

The Steakhouse Manager is responsible for managing our high volume restaurant to maintain standards of excellence in quality and service while maximizing profits. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who loves guest interaction and has a passion for hospitality.

All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which demonstrates friendliness, initiative, professionalism, personal awareness and integrity while exercising confidentiality in the appropriate areas of their performance.

*Starting salary based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote positive guest relations by always projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests and employees throughout the restaurant
• Maintain full working knowledge and understanding of all menus, including wine
• Manage staff including scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, reviewing performance, documenting and rewarding
• Must ensure compliance with verbal and written directions, policies, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive attitude and excellent people skills with ability to courteously and efficiently interact with guests and lead a team
• Knowledge of proper service techniques
• Must pay attention to detail including cleanliness and safety
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining service standards and a calm demeanor
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
